Our Pricing really depends on the photography package you want to take up. Our wedding photography package starts from INR 1.75 Lakh (Off Season) onwards for one day, which also includes candid photography and cinematic wedding teaser. One day of wedding day coverage is typically 8-10 hours of shooting.

We do customise the package according to the client’s requirement up to a possible workable point. We always try to work out packages that are balanced and value for money for both parties without compromising on work quality.

It depends on the size of the expected guest at an event. We have great teams of between four to twenty. We do not compromise on quality, so you can trust our instinct on how many crew team you would be requiring. We are a fully in-house team of 23 members including photographers, cinematographers, editors etc.

The camera is only a medium to help them take pictures or film. We are also committed to upgrading our equipment and technologies from time to time. Nevertheless, to answer the question, we have equipped ourselves with the latest high-end technologies available in the market to date, so we can produce high-quality results. One must understand, that it is the ‘camera-person’ who produces artistic and memorable images.

We give you all the raw data once the work contract is complete. Once clicked, we process them, eliminating test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions, duplicate images, and other images that may affect the final product. There is no limit to clicking pictures, but we do not click senselessly.

We provide you with two video files as deliverables. One will be a short cinematic teaser video film of around 3 to 5 min covering all your functions. The second would be a full-length traditional video film showing all the proceedings of all events as they happen.

Yes, we absolutely do! As a matter of fact, we highly recommend hiring just us to shoot both the groom’s and the bride’s family. It’s an absolute waste of resources to have two separate teams do essentially the same thing. We have enough resources in-house to be able to cover your entire wedding from start to finish.

Yes absolutely. When we cover a wedding, we are shooting your story from a certain perspective that reflects in both our photography and films. Hiring two teams can cause a clash of ideas, and both your end products are different from each other. But we highly recommend that you hire us for the entire package

He believed that since the world is evolving and we all need everything at just one click and in minimum time, why not bring this concept to our weddings? Taking this thought forward, Film Sutra introduced the QR-Code system which lets the guest attending a wedding have the access to their photographs instantly. They set up a scanning counter at the wedding location itself. The guest just needs to walk up to the counter, scan the QR-code, click a selfie and then send it to the Film Sutra team. The team then gets to work, finds all the photographs of the particular guests from all the functions by matching it with their selfie, edits the photographs and send it to them on their WhatsApp number on the very same day.

We offer coffee table books made by various branded companies as per the choice of the customer, i.e. based upon the number of selection of pictures, cover selected, size of the book and brand opted by the customer. We understand how excited you are to see your wedding pictures soon and share it with your friends. In case, you are not able to find a suitable date before your wedding, we can do a short session after your wedding as well!. Technically, it can be done whenever you want! But realistically, at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding is when you should plan your pre-wedding shoot. Anytime later than that, and we won’t be able to give you your images before your wedding.

Of course, as long as we don’t have any prior commitments or shoots scheduled, we are happy to shoot your pre-wedding session on a weekend.

Although each pre-wedding session is different, we typically deliver between 40-70 images from a single pre wedding session that usually lasts 4-6 hours.

Along with the assignment, you own the full usage rights to your wedding photos for non-commercial use. As the photographer, we will own the ‘copyright’ to the photographs, which means we own the creator rights to the photograph. Legal jargon aside, that means you can do whatever you want with your wedding photos (like making more albums, taking prints, sending them out to relatives, sharing them online and what have you). The only thing you cannot do is resell your wedding images – which we are sure you will not want to do!

If your wedding results in terrific wedding photos (and we are sure it will!), we would love to share those pictures on our personal portfolio on our website and Instagram handle as examples of great work we’ve done, so that other couples may also be inspired by your wedding. We may!

Yes, we maintain multiple back-ups of your wedding data in our studio and provide a guaranteed recovery for 12 months after your wedding. We highly recommend that you download your copy of the wedding photos and videos and archive them onto multiple cloud servers for long time safekeeping. We still maintain data back-ups after a year, but we do not guarantee the safety of your data after that one year.

The decision of the music on the film is a collaborative effort between you and us. We strive for timeless memories that do not appear out of place even when you watch it years from your wedding day. However, our main aim is to create a film with music that will be relevant even decades from now. We will take into consideration your choice and suggestions of music you want to have in your wedding film.

Yes, definitely, Before we deliver your final wedding film or share it on our social media, we send it to you for a preview, should you want any changes made. Only after your final approval, do we finish the film.

We usually allow two rounds of changes to the wedding trailer and film. We urge you to tell us all the changes in one go so that we can incorporate them in the first go – and leave the second round for any minor changes as needed. We completely understand that there is always room for changes and edits, and want to ensure that you’re absolutely happy with what you get – after all, it’s your wedding!

We believe in the magic of print, and no matter how good digital devices may be, nothing can replace the charm of a wedding album. Please get in touch with us for our latest catalogue. We offer albums made in India as well as albums handcrafted in Italy. These family heirlooms are a critical part of the final piece of work. In fact, we absolutely insist that you have a wedding albums. Yes! We have all kinds of wedding albums available, and keep updating our collection every year.

No! Based on our inner knowledge, we’ll design the album for you. We do all the heavy lifting for you. We use a state of the art cloud proofing system that ensures that you’ll be able to comment, review and approve your album over a computer or tablet device from anywhere in the world! After spending time at your wedding, we’ll know who the important people in your family are.

From the time you approve your album, it takes between 12-15 days for it to get printed and reach our studio (around 30-45 days for Italian albums). After that, depending on where you are located in the world, it should take less than a week to reach you.

If it so happens that you want more pages, we suggest getting extra albums. We typically recommend albums with 30 spreads (60 pages) that contains about 110-150 images from your wedding celebrations.

But if you want to choose the images yourself, we are happy to make a separate gallery for you to choose from. We design the master layout of your album at the first level. It’s a carefully curated story-album with the best and most important moments from your wedding.

Though it is the best when we can meet our couples in person, we understand if it’s not possible. But please make sure that it is someone who has a deep understanding of you who are as people and as a couple, and a clarity on what your wedding will be like so that we can understand you better. We prefer to meet our clients in our studio. It’s the best way for them to see our work and get an understanding of each other. But if that is not possible, we are happy to set up a consultation at a venue of your choice.

Yes. Any travel costs to the location of the pre-wedding shoot or wedding is to be borne by the client, except in Delhi-NCR.

Our core assignment fees will remain the same – and will only cover the number of days we will actually be shooting. The short answer is no, we do not! That’s all right, but out-of-station assignments will have an extra travel and lodging charge associated, which will be at actuals. We realise that we need to be available to shoot where and when needed and recognise that there will be non-billable days in travel.

This is a standard question, and it’s a valid one.

The first is that we will be booking our full day to be available for you, and therefore lose out on other potential assignments we could have shot that day. Your wedding day may (and most probably will) involve shooting overtime, as Indian weddings aren’t known to get over without a song and a dance! We won’t be charging you for working extra if your wedding needs it, so at the end of the day, things really do average out. The second, and more important one is that in our experience during Indian weddings, things average out.

However, premium wedding photography also comes at a price – and we can’t even begin to start justifying the effort it takes to deliver quality photos or films like the ones you see on this website. We truly understand how expensive it is to get married. Either way, please do get in touch with us – we may be more affordable than you think!
